Traditional Romanesc Restaurant

Having never tried Romanian food before, we absolutely loved it. Delicious food, great wine and had a lovely traditional pudding. Left feeling very full. Very attentive staff, will definitely be coming back!

Delicious food at great prices, excellent service. I had the pasta aurora which was really tasty and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I already look forward to eating from here again. The only complaint I would have is they played the music too loud.

What a lovely restaurant. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere, playing traditional Romanian music. I purchased a Romanian Stew it tastes amazing. Pulled pork shoulder and Romanian sausage in a tomato sauce with a fried egg on top served with a large portion of polenta and a side of pickles, peppers and garlic. All washed down with pink gin on ice.

Best location from Reading for all the Balkans. You can find a lot of variety food from traditional to sea fruit , pizza and pasta. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like home. Every weekend you can enjoy the live band. The prices are very good for the quality of service and food . You can find all the tips of wine and cocktails. You need to try "papanasi" a Romanian speciality of dessert. The list can continue only with good words. You can find here the best coffee from the city .

I had an awesome experience. Place is clean, cosy and has the traditional look to it. Romanian food was delicious, and the service was fast and courteous. I come here here whenever I want to taste some Romanian traditional dishes.
